Returns and Exchanges

•  Email us at info@terramarashop.com to request a return up to 15 days after you receive the order
• All items on SALE or tagged as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds
• All items must be returned in the original packaging, unused, unstained
• Currently we don’t offer exchanges. However, you can return for a refund
  Shipping fees (both standard and express) are non-refundable
• All returns shipped to our warehouse will be refunded within 4-7 business days after the package is received by our warehouse
• A one-time $10 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund
•  All refunds will be issued directly to the payment method.  
• Terra Mara reserves the right to accept returned items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.
• If a returned item is not in a good condition and the customer did not report any issues when receiving it, the item will not be accepted nor refunded, and it will be returned back to the customer. Returning the item back to the customer means a $10 shipping fee that will be deducted from the refund. The customer will be notified in case they rather refuse and not receive back the item to not incur in this extra fee.
